Clothing Collection Delivery and Returns

All products are MADE TO ORDER from the Pre-Order Catalogue. Items will take between 2-4 weeks to get to you depending on where you are in the world, we offer this service to avoid material wastage. Your order is PERSONAL to you, we treat each customer as apart of our family and your order will be taken good care of from our online store right up to your door. we don’t think waiting an extra week or two is that bad for a item of clothing you won’t throw away and will wear time & time again.

If you are not happy with your purchase then please use the contact form to notify us. We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.concretegirls.com. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn with all original tags attached and returned within 14 days after you’ve received your package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs with the exception of faulty items. 

Please bare in mind as the clothing collection products are made to order, your new garment will need the 4 week lead time to be made.

EXCHANGES

Q: Can you exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
A: No, we do not make any exchanges. What you can do is return the item, and make a new order.
