Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalising your order.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.concretegirls.com. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn with all original tags attached and returned within 14 days after you’ve received your package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs with the exception of faulty items. 

REFUNDS

Q: How does your refund process work?
A: For a full refund, please use the contact form. Please bare in mind as the clothing collection products are made to order, your new garment will need the 4 week lead time to be made and redelivered once received and checked by us.

EXCHANGES

Q: Can you exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
A: No, we do not make any exchanges. What you can do is return the item, and make a new order. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Q: Will you ship to a PO Box/military addresses?
A: At this time, our courier is unable to ship to both PO boxes and military addresses.
